Today we are testing the amount of devices that can be online at the same time in different parts of the school. Some children brought a device in from home to connect to the school wi-fi, while others are sharing the resources we already have. We are looking for Youtube clips to help us understand some maths concepts we are learning, such as algebra and capacity.
in genius hour we had a slow start but will are really going to try to get a move on but we have already done 2 minutes and we have just finished a battle scene. we will try and get up to 5 or more minutes.

Whoo! We are half way through our Genius Hour time. So far we have painted the flooring and one coat of the external walls. Next we are painting the inside walls, putting the walls up and making the furniture. Here are some photos of what we have done so far.
In 5/6EL we are all learning about the Fruits of the Holy Spirit in preparation for the Year 6 Confirmation in June. All the Year 5 students are working very hard for NAPLAN, which is happening this week. We are also halfway though Genius Hour, and have 3 more weeks until presentation day.

We have both started our games and gotten halfway to completing them.
We have also progressed a level in Sploder.
We plan on finishing our game and publishing it. We will also try and find a way to download it onto the computer.
